Payment Policy

Cancellation Policy

All 'BOOK NOW' on-line bookings are paid in full at the time of booking.

All other bookings are paid in full only on departure. We do not require a deposit to secure these booking but we do require your cc details. Payment is by cash or credit card, and if paying by credit card any refunds will be put back on the card - without exception. We regret that no refunds can be given for early departure.

In the event you need to cancel your reservation every effort will be made to re-book the room. If however we are unsuccessful in re-booking then the following Cancellation Fees apply:-

• cancellation within 7 days of arrival
   = 50% of the total booking fee
• cancellation within 24 hours of arrival
   = 100% of the total booking fee

            We recommend Travel Insurance
